Fruit Smoothie and Greek Yogurt Ice Lollies

A light and creamy fruity dessert on the go!

  • 8 large strawberries - chopped
  • 1 large ripe banana - chopped up
  • 120 grams fat free Greek lemon yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • 3 tablespoons skimmed milk
  • 1 medium kiwi - sliced


  • Chop up the banana, half the strawberries and place them in your blender.
  • Pour in your yogurt and add the milk. Blitz on a high speed for a couple of minutes so everything is well blended together.
  • Pour the liquid into your lolly moulds.
  • Add a slice of kiwi to each of you lollies.
  • Then place the lids on or cover and place in your freezer, for a minimum of 4 hours, overnight if you can.
  • Then enjoy.


You will also need to allow around 4 hours freezing time.
