Non Alcoholic Apple Cider
A warming mildly spicy apple cider. A warm sugar free fruity drink to help keep those winter blues at bay.

Servings: 1 litre (4 and 1/2 cups)
- 1 litre of good quality cloudy apple juice (4 and 1/2 cups)
- 1 7.5 centermeter cinnamon stick
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 whole star anise
In a medium sized pan pour in your apple juice and add in your spices.
Bring to a light boil over a medium heat.
Then take off the heat, cover and leave to infuse for a minimum of 2 hours, leave for up to 4 hours if you want a spicier kick.
Gently reheat your apple cider before you serve.
Though best drunk fresh, kept in the fridge this cider will keep for 3 days.
