Wow how time flies when you are having fun! In 2 days time on the 22nd February I would have owned this small little corner of the Internet for 2 whole years. My Very first post Malted Chocolate Cupcakes, sits quietly in a corner looking a little tired!

I have considered going back and redoing all of my old scary looking posts, but have decided against it. After all they are part of the journey that got me here. They show how much I have learned and improved 😀

As anyone who is a blogger knows, blogging can be a demanding hobby but hugely rewarding too. I have  made some wonderful bloggy friends and discovered some amazing blogs along the way. And I will no doubt discover more in the future 😀

Like my First Year Blogaversary for my Second Year Blogaversary I have done a top 10 run down of my most popular recipes from my second year of blogging.

1. Butterscotch Fondue

I love this recipe and it has been a really lucky one for me, as well as being really popular on its own, BuzzFeed.com and Today.com both picked it up to include in articles of their own. Giving this amazing slow cooker recipe huge exposure. If you have a slow cooker give this one a try, I promise you will love it!

2. Cheese and Onion Rolls

I was really surprised to find a savoury recipe sitting so close to the top of this list, especially as this is predominantly a sweet baking blog. But I am really pleased because these lovely treats are quick and so easy to make and perfect for picnics.

3. Banana Maple Cake with Salted Caramel Swirl

This has to be one my favourite traybake’s of all time, its a soft tender crumb sponge with hints of banana and maple syrup and a salted caramel frosting! Seriously if you haven’t checked this one out it heaven on a plate!

Oh yes the ultimate classic flavour combination. This was the first ice cream I made with my new ice cream maker and it has become a firm favourite in my household and on this blog.

8. Christmas Morning Muffins

These may be considered a festive recipe, but you know what they are amazing! And I would happily eat them anytime of the year. Don’t miss out and give them a go!

9. White Chocolate and Raspberry Blondies

I love baking with freeze dried fruits, they add all the flavour and none of the sogginess fresh berries can sometimes give to bakes. These were my first attempt at making blondies and I am so pleased they were so popular.

10. Lemon Drizzle Cookies

I love these cookies for their fresh lemony flavour. What I also love about them is they kept their shape so well during baking! Easy to make and packed full of flavour. What more could you ask for in a cookie?

A quick honourable mention to the most popular post over the last two years on my blog. It has given me a constant flow of traffic, and for that I will always be grateful to the humble Peanut Butter Cupcake.
