1 year ago today I posted my first blog post, malted chocolate cupcakes and I started a journey that at times has been difficult and a little bit stressful but also hugely rewarding and lots and lots of fun.

I have made some really wonderful Internet friends who run their own amazing blogs and some who just love food.

It can at times be really hard work running a blog, especially when you have a job that takes you away from home and you also enjoy a life outside of blogging.

But all that aside, I feel I have achieved something. My photography has gotten better my experiments in the kitchen are far more successful these days and I love blogging, its so much fun. And I consider it an achievement that I never gave up and that I have made it this far. 12 months down… bring on the next 12 months of heavenly baking fun 😀
